Identification & Registration
Secure, Connected, and Fully Digital Equine Records
We provide technology to quickly identify and manage horses and other equines, connecting owners, keepers, and authorised agencies to verified data on the Central Equine Database (CED) and Digital Stable.
Microchip Identification
Bluetooth-enabled scanners allow authorised users to instantly access a horse's records by scanning its microchip. Certain agencies — including police, welfare organisations, local authorities, and abattoirs - can also search by owner details such as name and postcode.
Digital Passport & Studbook Updates
Owners and keepers can request and pay for updates online, removing the need for paper forms. Supporting documentation can be uploaded directly to verify changes. The system also handles foal declarations and initial veterinary registrations at the point of microchipping.
QR ID Tags
For horses without scanners, QR tags let the public quickly identify an equine and notify the owner through the Digital Stable app, securely sharing the horse’s location.
Verified, Traceable Records
Every action - scans, updates, and uploads — is timestamped and verified, creating a secure, centralised record accessible by owners, regulators, and authorised agencies.
